has ... to him/her/you Le is usually an object pronoun meaning 'to him,' 'to her,' or formal 'you,' and ha means 'has.' This combination appears before a past participle. In some varieties, especially in Spain, le can also be used for a male direct object, so it may correspond to 'him' rather than 'to him.'
