I'm not interested Literally means “it is not interesting to me.” The usual spelling is мне неинтересно (one word), but мне не интересно (two words) is used when the negation is emphasized or contrasted. The ending changes with the thing being described: мне неинтересен for masculine singular, мне неинтересна for feminine singular, мне неинтересно for neuter singular, and мне неинтересны for plural.
